We built KLERE around a different standard: equipment suited to the job, products matched to Haiti's heat and roads, and every step checked before we call it done.

Paint & Sealant

We don't run consumer car-wash chemicals through our system. Every wash uses a professional detailing line, not a drugstore brand, because your clear coat is the one layer standing between your paint and Haiti's sun for the life of the car. The SiO2 sealant on Full Detail is chosen for the same reason: a wax that needs reapplying every few weeks isn't protection, it's a subscription.

Interior & Extraction

Most mobile detailers in this market vacuum. We deep-clean. Our Full Detail pulls contamination and moisture out of carpets and upholstery instead of just lifting what's loose on the surface — a car that's actually clean, not just one that looks it, in a climate where trapped humidity starts a cabin smelling before anything looks wrong.

Trim & Wheels

Faded trim and cracked tires are two of the fastest ways a well-kept car starts looking neglected, and both come from the same cause: UV exposure most owners never notice until it's already visible. A treatment that rehydrates the plastic instead of just coating it, and a UV-blocking tire dressing, so the parts most exposed to the sun age the slowest.

Our unit rolls up with its own water and power, and checks the car's condition against what was declared before starting.

Any change in scope is approved with the owner first, never guessed on site. Then we get to work in your driveway.

Inspect the finished work, then settle the balance in cash, MonCash, or bank wire, and drive off in a car that feels brand new.

FAQ

A few things people usually ask.

Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily, as long as we can access your vehicle. Water and power are not required from your side, since we bring our own. Just let us know parking and gate details when you book.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We'll reach out to reschedule at no extra cost. Light rain usually isn't an issue, but we won't detail your car in a downpour.
How do I pay?
The balance is paid in cash, MonCash, or bank wire on completion. A wire is only marked received once the owner personally confirms it, which can take a day or more. Your deposit is confirmed instantly and applied toward the total, not charged separately.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Message us in writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, during business hours, and your deposit is refunded in full. Requests outside business hours or with less than 24 hours' notice aren't eligible for a refund.
What if my car is dirtier than I declared?
Your technician checks the car against your declaration before starting. If it's dirtier, they contact the owner directly, never quoting a price themselves, and only tell you the approved figure once it's confirmed. You can accept it in writing or decline. Declining refunds 30% of what you've already paid, reflecting the slot and travel already committed. If the car is cleaner than declared, you're refunded the difference automatically.
